Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m in Lochgilphead, Argyll and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it may require a travel fee. If the location of the session is farther than 30 miles from the post code PA31 please add an additional £0.45p/mile to your session fee.

Where will my session be held?

When we discuss what type of photo shoot you would like then that will determine where your session will be. Weather dependant we can visit a location of your choice using natural lighting or if you prefer I can visit your home to take your photographs there. I can also offer my home studio with professional lighting and a choice of backgrounds – the choice is yours.

How long will my photo session last?

My photo sessions usually last around 1-2hrs depending on the number of people to be photographed. It may take longer if required, however don’t worry there will be no rush as I want to capture the best images of you and your family.
 
A newborn session is a little longer (2-3hrs) as we need to work around your baby’s feeds, nappy changes and little sleeps to get the best images you will cherish forever.

What will I wear to my photo session?

Please wear something comfortable that reflects who you are. Try to avoid large prints, stripes and spots which most likely will be a distraction in your final image.

How much will my photo session cost?

There are various photo packages depending on what type of session you are looking for. Photo session prices are listed under the products tab.

Question 6

What can I buy and how much will it cost?

At your viewing session your will have the opportunity to purchase additional images. There are a variety of digital packages and print sizes to choose from. However, there is no expectation for you to make any additional purchases from your initial photo session package.

Question 7

Do you take a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes I take a £30 deposit on the day of your booking to secure your date. The outstanding balance of your photo session must be paid on the day of your photo shoot.

Question 8

How can I pay for my prints and digital packages?

Accepted Answer

You can settle the balance in full after you have viewed your images via a BACS transfer, credit or debit cards or cash. I also offer a three-part interest free payment plan available for orders over £200. The balance of your order must be paid in full before collection of your prints and digital packages.

Question 9

Can I have digital copies of my photographs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, my digital collections are a really popular choice allowing you to design your own thank you cards, and make gifts for friends and family. Depending on the package you chose your digital images may be emailed to you or supplied on a quality USB stick. You will be issued with a shared copyright free certificate to allow you to make multiple copies from your digital images.

When can I collect my order?

Orders are ready for collection in 3-6 weeks, following final payment.

Question 11

What if someone is sick?

Accepted Answer

No problem, we can reschedule if a member of your family is sick or if I too fall sick then we can reschedule your photo session for the next available appointment.
 
Your session deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
